
There is nothing that flips your world upside down faster than a sick pet.
The toy bin will not close. There is stuffing under the couch that definitely did not come from a pillow. And somehow my dog is still carrying around the same flattened squeaky toy like it is priceless treasure, and don’t get me wrong, there are a few toys that are his favorite that I will allow him to keep for forever
I’ll admit something embarrassing…for a long time, I paid more attention to my dog’s coat than his teeth. I mean how many of us have done that, I think a lot of us are guilty of this.
January always feels like a fresh start, and this year I decided to make it all about Zero. He’s ten now, still full of energy, still curious, and still my little adventure buddy.
Hi Santa! It’s me, your goodest boy Zero reporting for duty! I’ve been VERY good this year. (Except that one time I stole some snacks… but it was only a few….I promise, and in my defense, they smelled delicious.)
